Whose data is it? +

Yours, in writing. You own everything you put in, can have a full export whenever you like, and if you ever leave, your data is handed over and then deleted. I'm registered with the ICO (the UK data protection regulator) — registration in progress.

Am I locked into a contract? +

No. It's rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. If it's not saving you time, stop paying for it — that keeps me honest.

Do my staff need to download an app? +

No — it runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and can be added to the home screen so it feels like an app. Nothing to install or update.

I'm not techy. How hard is setup? +

You send me your logo and a list of your services; I do everything else and walk you through it on a call. Most owners are booking jobs within ten minutes of logging in.

What if it doesn't fit my business? +

If you decide within 30 days of going live that it's not right for you, I refund your setup fee in full and we part as friends. The demo means you'll usually know before spending a penny anyway.
